👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Accounts

Parent accounts are auto-created when students are added. Each account is identified by the mother's phone (or father's, if mother's is missing). Multiple students with the same phone are grouped under one account. Parents access their portal at /parents.

General Settings

Used in WhatsApp messages and parent-portal links. Leave blank to use the Railway URL automatically. After changing DNS, add the domain in Railway → Settings → Networking.
Parent Portal will show an extra "Year-to-Date" attendance % counted from this date (skipping weekends and holidays). Leave blank to hide the year-to-date figure.
